đây chỉ là mã nguồn JavaScript Reply

chứ không chứa ví dụ mẫu trực tiếp, sau khi chép vào mã nguồn rồi, các bạn phải dùng hai hàm loadSelections và saveSelections để hiệu ứng có thể làm việc

ví dụ đơn giản như sau:
- form của bạn có tên là formName
- nhấn vào nút Save để lưu các giá trị, nút Load để dùng lại

thì đoạn mã sẽ là:

<input type="button" value="Save" onclick="saveSelections('formName');" />
<input type="button" value="Load" onclick="loadSelections('formName');" />
